P3O is the formalisation of guidance from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) about how Support Offices can use Programme and Project Management to deliver business change. The P3O model demonstrates how effective support can help organisations deliver their strategy and ensure effective governance by bridging the gap between objectives and projects, programmes and portfolios. The qualification is aimed at individuals new to portfolio, programme or project office roles or those with experience who want to gain a formal, recognised qualification.
Our course helps delegates to implement and/or review their permanent or temporary Portfolio, Programme and Project office and will leave delegates with the practical skills they need to handle the issues that arise in that role and environment.
