The UK Office of Government Commerce’s (OGC) MSP method is being accepted as the leading best practice programme management approach. MSP is unique in its status as a generic best practice framework; generic yet flexible in application.
The MSP qualifications are now established as the premier programme management qualifications in many parts of the world.
This 3 day course covers each part of the MSP Transformational Flow, Governance Themes and documents described in the MSP Guide. You will discuss examination tips and preparation working with sample examination papers in readiness for the MSP Foundation examination. The Foundation qualification is for those who intend to work within a programme environment and who need to know the terminology used and some of the theory behind the practice.
