This 3 day P30 training course provides an understanding of the P3O model based on OGC guidance and prepares delegates for the Foundation Certificate Exam, which is taken at the end of the courses.

Who Should Attend/Pre-requisites
This event is suitable for any individual who desires to perform as an informed member of the P3O. There are no pre-requisites for attendance however it is recommended that delegates have a basic understanding of portfolio, programme and project management principles.

Examination Structure
This course covers the full syllabus as defined by the qualification’s awarding body, the APM Group. It is supported by the Foundation exam – Multiple choice, closed book, 40 minutes, 50 questions.
