This 5 day Project Management Professional certification training course takes participants through the phases of a project on a Non Residential basis, using the Process Groups and integrative framework adapted by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). It is suitable for anyone who requires a detailed working knowledge of the PMI’s approach to project management, particularly those working towards the Project Management Professional (PMP). The PMP designation following your name signifies to clients, employers etc that you have demonstrated a solid foundation of knowledge and experience from which you can competently practice project management.

Who Should Attend/Pre-requisites
Although there are no mandatory pre-requisites for course delegates, the PMP certification mandates the following prior to sitting the exam and this influences the profile of course attendees:
• Bachelors Degree, 4500hrs+ project management experience, 35 hours of formal project management training (satisfied by this course) or
• High-school Diploma, 7500hrs+ project management experience, 35 hours of formal project management training (satisfied by this course)

Examination Structure
Subject to satisfactory PMI validation of the stated pre-requisites, delegates will arrange directly with the PMI to sit the closed-book 4 hours, 200 multiple choice PMP examination at an accredited test centre on a convenient future date.
