This course provides delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the PRINCE2 method of managing projects. It also covers necessary understanding required to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exam providing a professionally recognised qualification in project management.
It provides those responsible for planning and managing projects with a structure that will help them without imposing too much bureaucracy, or stifling creativity. Senior managers are also provided with the means to control and direct projects effectively, based on appropriate and timely management information.

Who should Attend/Pre-requisites
This course is for those delegates who have studied to PRINCE2 Foundation level by distance learning and who now wish to complete the programme by taking their Foundation and Practitioner exams. It is also for those delegates who have completed the PRINCE2 Foundation classroom course and now wish to progress to Practitioner level.

Exam Structure
This course covers the full syllabus as defined by the qualification’s awarding body, the APM Group, supported by:
Foundation exam – Multiple choice, closed book, 60 minute, 75 questions
Practitioner exam – Objective Test Exam, 2 ½ hour,9 question, open book exam (PRINCE2 manual)
