Change is inherent in projects. The application of proper change control is covered, together with configuration management, including the management of information throughout the life of the project.

In order to improve the delivery of projects and learn lessons from previous projects a review must be undertaken. This course looks at the need for and the methods used to carry out a successful review of the project.
