Project Control Training Courses
This Core Course looks at the methods used for controlling the implementation of a project. The key elements of control systems are discussed before moving on to review the methods of monitoring progress. The use of cost and earned value management techniques is a major focus.
Change is inherent in projects. The application of proper change control is covered, together with configuration management, including the management of information throughout the life of the project.
In order to improve the delivery of projects and learn lessons from previous projects a review must be undertaken. This course looks at the need for and the methods used to carry out a successful review of the project.
