Most public certification courses can be delivered using a variety of different media. This means that you can mix formats and be confident that topics will not be overlooked or repeated. If you start a study programme in the classroom and circumstances change, simply switch to distance learning. Perhaps you need to update your knowledge in on a few areas before beginning a classroom course? Then use distance learning to prepare. Alternatively, you can undertake a blended approach mixing e-learning and classroom training within a single programme.

For many people, face-to-face classroom learning represents the ideal learning environment. The tutor can talk through course materials and answer questions on the spot. Class sizes are controlled so that the tutor has time to spend with each delegate and can pass on lessons from practical experience. Online
